Background: To Do Kung Fu is a To Do/Task List app that is currently in development with CrowdItOut Creations. The app hopes to generate the same satisfaction for the user when they complete a task as they would by scoring out a task with a pen or pencil on a piece of paper.

Brief: To help develop the To Do Kung Fu app by generating graphics and animations to be used predominately in the app, while bearing in mind that they are likely to be used for promoting the product either online or in print in the future.

Solution: The iPhone app version is currently a work in progress and although some of the graphics and animations have been completed they cannot be released until the app goes live in the Apple App Store.

As part of the market research into the app market/task list apps we have decided to release a couple of videos to gain some feedback for releasing the app. A website will also be available soon allowing users to ‘try out’ the app online. Again this is so we can gather as much customer feedback as possible before making Version 1 live in the app store.

swissted is an ongoing project by graphic designer mike joyce, owner of stereotype design in new york city. drawing from his love of punk rock and swiss modernism, two movements that have absolutely nothing to do with one another, mike has redesigned vintage punk, hardcore, and indie rock show flyers into international typographic style posters. each design is set in berthold akzidenz grotesk medium, all lowercase. many of these posters are now available for sale in three different sizes at print-process. every single one of these shows actually happened.
